Craftsman Homes Riverina has been building in the Riverina region for over 30 years. When project homes moved into the local area Craftsman Homes Riverina saw a need for a local builder to offer a similar product. By having over 300 home designs we have a great starting point. Unlike other project home builders a Craftsman Home can be tailored to suit your individual requirements – blending different floor plans to end up with, in most cases, a custom designed home at a very competitive price.

Craftsman Homes Riverina also prides themselves on, where possible, using local tradespeople and suppliers.

Craftsman Homes have over 300 standard plans for you to choose from ranging from simple plans for suburban lots, estate style plans for larger rural lots and units to suit development sites. Not only that, but we also have an experienced draftsperson to tailor any of our plans to individually suit your needs. Our wide range of diverse plans cater for all styles and budgets, or if you prefer bring in your own plan and we will be more than happy to cost it for you.

The builder is ultimately responsible for the building of your new home but the builder does not do all the work. He may have subcontractors, or “Subbies” as they are commonly known, that do various parts of the work including plumbing, electrical, internal cladding etc. Being in touch with and co-coordinating subcontractors is where many of the problems associated with home building occur. A lack of communication between the subcontractor, the owner and the builder generally results in the “subby” being dissatisfied with the builder and the owner not getting what was originally ordered. Craftsman Homes Temora has happy “subbies”. Why, because he looks after them and will not try and “screw them for price”. He realizes that proper communication and a fair price for work done will ensure that subcontract work will be carried out efficiently and to the correct specifications.

The owner of Craftsman Homes Riverina regularly inspects all jobs to ensure that the Craftsman Homes high standard of workmanship is maintained. Because he is the one who has dealt with you initially, he knows what needs to be done and he knows what you want.
